14. Privacy Policy

Prior to your use of any of the services offered by Manfluence, as outlined on the Manfluence website, you must read, understand and agree Manfluence’s ‘Privacy Policy’.

15. Force Majeure

A Force Majeure Event is any act, non-happening, omission, accident, event or Act of God beyond our reasonable control, including without limitation cyber attacks, strikes, lock-outs or other labour disputes by third parties, civil commotion, riot, invasion, governmental act or regulation terrorist attack or threat of terrorist attack, war (whether declared or not) or threat or preparation for war, fire, explosion, storm, flood, earthquake, subsidence, epidemic or other natural disaster, or failure of public or private telecommunications networks. If a Force Majeure Event takes place whilst you are using our service then our obligations to you will be suspended and the time for performance of our obligations will be extended for the duration of the Force Majeure Event.

16. Law and Jurisdiction

This Agreement and any non-contractual obligations arising out of or in connection with it are governed by English law and subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
